6.3.5 Setting up the clamping position
NOTICE
• Only use clamping prisms and reamers adjusted to the gas nozzle diameter.

1 Position the torch with the gas nozzle (2) concentrically to the tool axis (reamer axis) over the cleaning station (3).
2 Approach the clamping position. Ensure the cylindrical part of the gas nozzle (2) lies evenly against the clamping prism (1).
NOTICE
• The clamping position in the direction of the reamer axis should be in the cylindrical part of the gas nozzle.
Please note that the clamping position (4) can vary depending on the gas nozzle type.
