IV. INSTALLATION
IV.1. Important information
A. Bearing capacity of the installation surface
Control the reliability of the wall or ceiling construction before
installation of the air curtain.
Select the suited fastenings, according to the weight of the fan coil
unit and the wall or ceiling construction.
Consult a specialist or the architect.
B. Installation place
In selecting an installation place, take into account following
elements:
- minimum and maximum mounting height
Consult the engineering office
IV.2. Installation
- when with casing : first remove the casing
- fix the chassis on the ceiling or wall
- when with casing : replace the casing
IV.3. Pipe connection

The pipe connection must be carried out by qualified personnel.
Follow the local prescriptions, norms and safety requirements.
Prevent that mechanical tensions arise when connecting the water
inlet and outlet connections.
• remove the filter
with ceiling model : first screw loose the screws of the filter
frame
• remove, eventually, the air intake grille
• remove the outlet grille
screw loose the 4 screws of the outlet grille
• remove the casing
the casing can be easily removed by sliding the casing ca. 3
cm in the direction of the outlet grille,
• Wall model without feet : the bottom side of the fan coil
unit must be suspended at at least 130 mm of the floor
Ceiling model : the distance between the air intake grille
and the wall must be at least 130 mm.
• The backside of the chassis has the necessary slits for fixing,
with screws, the fan coil unit at the ceiling or wall.
• Make sure that the fan coil unit is suspended in a stabil way.
• The fan coil unit must be mounted waterlevel
• make the reversed actions as described when to remove the
casing.
