16. DISPOSAL

a) General Information
Electric and electronic products do not belong to the household waste!
Please dispose of the inoperative product in accordance with the current le-
gal regulations.
b) Batteries and Rechargeable Batteries
As the end user, you are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used
batteries/rechargeable batteries. Disposing of them in the household waste is
prohibited!
Batteries/rechargeable batteries that include hazardous substances are

labelled with these icons to indicate that disposal in domestic waste is
forbidden.
You can return used batteries/rechargeable batteries free of charge at the

official collection points of your community, in our stores, or wherever
batteries/rechargeable batteries are sold!
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the
environment.

17. DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY (DOC)

We, Conrad Electronic, Klaus-Conrad-Straße 1, D -92240 Hirschau, hereby declare
that this product adheres to the fundamental requirements and the other relevant
