b) Setting the Alarm Time

Briefly press the button "MODE" (5) in normal time display; the currently set
alarm time is displayed.
"AL" is displayed instead of the seconds.

Hold down the "MODE" button (5) for about three seconds until the alarm time
hours flash.

Set the alarm time hours with the "ADJUST" (7) button (for quick adjustment,
keep the button pressed down).

Briefly press the "MODE" button (5); the alarm time minutes flash.
—
Set the alarm time minutes with the "ADJUST" (7) button (for quick adjustment,
keep the button pressed down).

Terminate setting mode by briefly pressing "MODE" (5).
Setting mode is terminated automatically (and all settings are stored) if no button
is pressed for 30 seconds.
c) Activating/Deactivating the Alarm Function

Briefly press the button "MODE" (5) in normal time display; the currently set
alarm time is displayed.

Briefly press the button "ALM" (8) to switch on the alarm function; the display
shows the two icons "

If you briefly press the button "ALM" (8) again, the additional icon "
for temperature pre-alarm.
Temperature pre-alarm is triggered 30 minutes before the actual alarm time
if the outdoor temperature at this time is less than -3°C (26°F).
For temperature pre-alarm to be activated, the normal alarm function must
be active.

To switch off the alarm function, press the "ALM" button (8) again briefly. The
