11. OPERATION
a) Manually Setting Time, Selecting 12h/24h Mode

Hold down the "MODE" button (5) in normal time display for about three seconds
until the hours flash.

Set the hours with the "ADJUST" (7) button (for quick adjustment, keep the button
pressed down).

Briefly press the "MODE" button (5); the minutes flash.

Set the minutes with the "ADJUST" (7) button (for quick adjustment, keep the
button pressed down).

Briefly press the "MODE" button (5); the seconds flash.
—
Use the "ADJUST" (7) button to set the seconds to "00".
—
Briefly press the "MODE" (5) button; the display "12h" or "24h" flashes.
—
Select the 12h or 24h mode with the "ADJUST" button (7).
In 12h mode, "PM" is displayed to the left of the time in the second half of the
day.

Terminate setting mode by briefly pressing "MODE" (5).
Setting mode is terminated automatically (and all settings are stored) if no button
is pressed for 30 seconds.
If the basis station recognises a proper DCF signal during the daily reception
attempts, the time is set again automatically.
If you want to switch the DCF display between 12h- and 24h-display, proceed
as described above anyway, but only change the 12h-/24h-mode setting. The

You may also initiate a DCF receiver attempt manually. Keep the button
"SNOOZE/LIGHT" pressed for about 3 seconds.
