If the device indicates « Er », your pH probe is not enabling anymore and then it has to be changed.

necessary parts.

WINTERIZING

In case of pool winterizing (draining and/or stop of the filtration), achieve the following operations:
✓ Chlorination salt function: a salt chlorinator must be stopped if the water falls below 15°C. This device is
equipped of an automatic wintering mode function which stops the chlorine production. When the
wintering mode will be active, the device will shows it to the screen.
✓ Chlorinator cell : let the chlorinator cell in place and during winter, proceed
to a chemical treatment.
✓ Amperometric chlorine probe (Poolsquad® Ampéro) : remove the chlorine probe of the measuring
chamber, put back the cap with water and put away in a place where it will not freeze during winter.
✓ pH probe : remove the chlorine pH probe of the pipe and keep it in his original protection filled with city
water (or in a glass), in a place where it will not freeze during winter.
CLEANING OF THE CELL

Self-cleaning avoid the limestone deposits in the cell. However, if the cell is nevertheless scaled, proceed to
a manual cleaning
1/ Remove the cell and check scale deposit presence on the electrodes.
2/ To remove the scale deposits on the cell, use a cleaner « special cell » or contact your local retailer :

3/ Rinse the cell and then reassemble it. Recalibrate your inversion frequency in the reduction
The lifespan of the cell is very closely linked to the respect for the instructions indicated in this user manual (see §5.1 p.37). We
recommended using exclusively cells of origin. The use of compatible cells can entail a reduction in the production and reduce
the life cycle of the device. A deterioration linked to the use of a compatible cell cancels the contractual warranty by that fact.

To maintain the chlorine probe is very important. The chlorine probe contains a gel which it will be necessary
to change every 3 months. This approximate time could ring the changes according to use conditions of the
probe.
