Connection rules
-
The appliance must be powered with 230 V Single phase 50Hz.
-
The appliance's power supply must be connected directly to the
network after the circuit breaker and without an intermediate switch.
-
The appliance will be connected to the mains via a connection unit.
In damp rooms such as bathrooms and kitchens, you must install the
connection unit at least 25 cm from the floor.
-
Connection to the earth is prohibited. Do not connect the
pilot wire (black wire) to the earth.
-
The power supply must be connected directly to the network after
the single-pole disconnection mechanism in accordance with the
installation rules.
-
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its after-sales service or any suitably qualified person, in order to avoid
any danger.
-
If you use the pilot wire and it is protected by a 30mA differential (e.g.:
bathroom), the pilot wire's power supply on this differential must be
protected.
-
If you want to use a load shedder, choose a pilot wire output load
shedder and not a power output load shedder to avoid damaging the
thermostat.
