6. POWER ON AND OFF

6.1

Hob burnes (fig.6)

6.1.1

Power on cooker hobs

To turn on the main burner, turn the knob to the left to the "max" position (large flame) or directly to the "minimum"
position (small flame). Between these two positions you can choose the desired caloric capacity for cooking.
6.1.2

Power Off

To turn off the main burner, turn the knob to the right or to the position
6.2

Oven burners.

The oven at first ignition emits bad odors due to production residues such as fats, oils and resins.
When using the oven for the first time, it is necessary to operate the vacuum cleaner at maximum temperature for at least
one hour. After this time the oven is ready for use. Clean the oven after each use.
Tips for use: It is a good rule for the success of your dishes, never to introduce cold dishes, but to wait for it to reach the
temperature you have chosen. Never cover the oven walls with aluminum sheets, especially the bottom of the cooking
compartment.
6.2.1

Ignitin oven burner.

Open the oven door.
Select the desired temperature 125-250 ° C. (Fig. 7)
Simultaneously press the piezoelectric igniter repeatedly to trigger the flame.
After switching on, keep the knob pressed for about 10 seconds; So that the thermocouple warms up and therefore keeps
the safety valve open.
Check the ignition on the inspection cover through the hole.
6.2.2
Power Off
Turn the knob to "O" position by slightly tilting it to overcome the minimum position lock.
STILE UNICO Oven 7,7 kW And 9.2 Kw
6.2.3

Igniting the pilot flame

Turn the thermostat knob to the right of the stop; Press the power button "L" and at the same time press the "N" button on
the ignition switch several times. Hold down the power button briefly for a few moments to allow the thermocouple to
warm up, then release it. The pilot flame can be observed through the special peephole. If, after releasing the ignition
button, the pilot flame has to go off, it is necessary to repeat the operation.
6.2.4

Turning on the main burner and setting the temperature.

With the pilot flame on, turn the thermostat knob "M" to the left and choose the desired cooking temperature; The
thermostat knob is numbered
from 1 to 8:
- n. 1 = 100 °; n. 2 = 135 °; n. 3 = 170 °; n. 4 = 200 °; n. 5 = 235 °; n. 6 = 270 °; n. 7 = 300 °; n. 8 = 340 °
Thermostatic control involves turning the main burner on and off automatically (on / off control, there is no minimum). If
you rotate the thermostat knob to the right until the stopping point, the main burner goes off and only the pilot flame lights
up.
6.2.5

Turning off the oven

To turn off the pilot flame and also prevent the ignition of the main burner, press the "O" power down button fully. The
security device prevents the device from being switched on again for a few seconds.
6.3

Electric oven FE series

The resistors are placed in the sky (upper heat) and below the chamber (lower heat).
The temperature range between 50 and 280 ° C is achieved by means of two thermostats which independently control
the resistances. To switch on and adjust the temperature, turn the thermostat knob to the desired temperature position.
CAUTION: Before starting maintenance, remove the plug or disconnect the upstream switch.
A safety thermostat can turn off the higher resistance (in the sky) in case of malfunction. In the event of faulty operation,
switch off the appliance and call for service.
OPERATION (Fig. 9): The "S" lamp lights up, indicating that the appliance is powered.
Turn the thermostat "U" to the desired temperature.
The "T" lamp lights up, indicating that the resistors are inserted; As soon as the desired temperature is reached, this
switches off. Reinserting the resistance resumes.
Turn the knobs to their original position to turn off the appliance.
CAUTION: Do not place baking trays on the oven base.
6.4

Ventilated electric oven FV series

All cooking must be carried out with the oven door closed.
6.4.1

Turning the oven on

The resistance operating system is controlled by a thermostat (50-270 ° C). The selector allows you to choose the most
suitable heating type by properly inserting the heating elements. Switching on the green lamp indicates that the machine
is powered. Select the desired temperature 50-270 ° C. (Figure 10) Turning on the orange light indicates the heating
resistors' operation. Select cooking time 10-120 min or manual. (Fig. 11)
6.4.2
Turning off the oven
Return the knobs to the "O" position. Disconnect the electrical switch installed upstream of the equipment.
