2.0 INSTALLATION

Install the machine in a covered and dry place.
Operation temperature is +41/+122 F (+5/50 C). The
HOFMANN Monty 1565 can work below 32 F, but some
minor modifications are required:
Hofmann distributor for detailed information.
A. Remove the screws that attach the machine to
the pallet.
B. Assemble the adjustment knob (#5 Fig.4) to the
tower.
C. Bolt the column (#1 Fig.4) to the cabinet #2
with the four screws #3 and washers #4.
Screws must be firmly tightened.
D. Firmly tighten the clamp #9 Fig.4.
WARNING!
FAILURE TO FIRMLY TIGHTEN THE CLAMP #9 CAN
SERIOUSLY INJURY PERSONNEL AND DAMAGE
THE MACHINE.
E. Assemble the inflation gauge (#6 Fig.4) to the
tower.
F. Attach the air hose (#7 Fig.4) to the inflation
gauge.
G. Attach the air hoses (#7 Fig. 4) from the inflation
gauge to the air control inflation device (#8 Fig.4).

2.0 MONTAGE ET MISE EN OEUVRE

Installer la machine dans un lieu couvert et sec. La
température de service est de +41/+122 °F (+5/50 °C).
La machine HOFMANN Monty 1565 peut fonctionner
contact your au-dessous de 32 °F, mais cela exige quelques petites
modifications. Contactez votre distributeur Hofmann
pour de plus amples informations.
A. Enlever les vis qui fixent la machine à la palette.
B. Assembler la poignée de réglage (#5 Fig.4) à la
potence.
C. Assembler la potence (#1 Fig.4) sur le bâti #2 avec
les 4 vis #3 et les rondelles respectives #4. Les vis
doivent être bien serrées.
D. Serrer la griffe #9 Fig.4
AVERTISSEMENT!
SI LA GRIFFE #9 N'EST PAS BIEN SERREE CELA
PEUT COMPROMETTRE
PERSONNEL ET ENDOMMAGER LA MACHINE
E. Assembler le manomètre de gonflage (#6 Fig4) à
la potence.
F. Fixer le tuyau de l'air (#7 Fig.4) au manomètre de
gonflage.
G. Fixer les tuyaux de l'air (#7 Fig. 4) de le manomètre
de gonflage au dispositif de commande du gonflage
(#8 Fig. 4).
Le fabricant se réserve le droit d'y apporter des modifications sans préavis
