- Page 5 INSTALLATION Installing the cartridges First, shut off the 2 check-valves (1),afterwards, unscrew the cartridge holder (5), the large nut (3) and remove the protective plugs (2 & 4) (see Fig.1) . Insert the P.B.cartridge (8) and the diverter cartridge (6) into the valve body as shown (Fig.2).
- Page 6 INSTALLATION Installing the trim kit Insert the decorative sleeves (1 & 2) onto the cartridge and diverter holders (See Fig.3) then screw the dome cap (3) onto the valve body. Afterwards place the broach extension (4) onto the diverter and secure with the screw (5).
- Page 7 INSTALLATION Water temperature adjustment The highest temperature setting must be set at 120˚F (49˚C) or less. It can be adjusted following these steps: Remove the set screw (1), the handle (2) and the dome cap (3) (Fig.4). Pull out the temperature limiting ring (4) from the cartridge (5).
