Inserting / Replacing the Remote Control Battery
Observe correct polarity when inserting the battery.
Do not leave any batteries lying around openly. There is a risk of batteries being swallowed by
children or pets. If swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
Leaking or damaged batteries may cause alkali burns if they come in contact with the skin.
Therefore, use suitable protective gloves.
Do not short-circuit the battery and do not throw it into fire. It also must not be recharged.
Danger of explosion.
Remove the battery when the device is not in use for extended periods of time.

Take the remote control from the steering wheel holder as described above.
•
Slide out the battery compartment cover at the back of the remote control open and remove it.
•
Insert a new 3V lithium button cell battery CR2025 in the correct polarity. The positive pole of the battery must
point up.
•
Close the battery compartment again. The latching tab must latch audibly.
•
Attach the remote control in the steering wheel holder again as described above.
•
If the remote control no longer functions properly, the battery is discharged and must be replaced with a new one
of the same type.
•
Battery change takes place as described above.
•
Replace the discharged battery with a new battery of the same type.
