› For your safety
The instructions include safety guidelines and
other information important for the proper
functioning of the appliance. Please read the
instructions carefully and keep them in a
safe place. If the appliance changes hands, be
sure to give the instructions to the new
owner. It is in your own interests to follow all
safety guidelines.
› Safety instructions
• The appliance reaches high temperatures, so
there is no need to leave the hair between
the plates for longer than a few seconds. This
will prevent unnecessary damage to the hair.
Always be careful not to allow the plates to
come into contact with the skin.
• The appliance can only be used at the correct
voltage:
220/240 volts AC (Alternating Current).
• Never use the appliance in a bathtub or
shower, above a sink filled with water
or with wet hands. Also, do not use the
appliance in the vicinity of a bathtub, sink or
any other reservoir filled with water.
• Never submerge the appliance in water. Even
when you clean the appliance, it must not
come into contact with water.
• When the appliance is turned on, never set it
down on a soft cushion or blanket.
• Turn off the appliance whenever styling is
interrupted.
