5. Before startiong the playback with the step 4,
press the STOP (7) button to stop playback.
When you want to record in a given order, program it in advance
( P. 25 ).
If a track number of the CD is selected using the
– 4 • 1 or + ¡ • ¢ button, the recording will start from
that track. If no track is selected here, the recording will start
from track No. 1 of the CD.
6. Press the ASES/COPY button.
The A.S.E.S. operation starts.
7. To stop A.S.E.S. midway:
Press the STOP button (7) (or press stop button
remote control unit).
NOTES:
÷ If you've programmed the play order, the pieces of music are
recorded in that order.
÷ If you want to completely fill the tape, set the unit to REPEAT
mode before carrying out the A.S.E.S. recording.
CAUTION:
When the CD changes to the next track or ends playback at the vicinity
of the tape end when the A.S.E.S. function is ON, its operation may
be interrupted or it may not work correctly. In such a case, record
without using the A.S.E.S. from that track onwards.

Si un numéro de piste du CD a été sélectionné à l'aide de la touche
– 4 • 1 ou + ¡ • ¢ , l'enregistrement commence à partir
de cette piste et continue par les pistes suivantes. Si aucune piste
n'est sélectionnée ici, l'enregistrement commence à la piste N° 1
du CD.
6. Appuyez sur la touche ASES/COPY.
L'opération A.S.E.S démarre.
7. Pour arrêter A.S.E.S. en cours de route:
Appuyez sur la touche STOP (7) (ou appuyez sur la touche stop
de la télécommande).
REMARQUES:
÷ Si vous avez programmé l'ordre de lecture, les morceaux de
musique sont enregistrés dans cet ordre.
÷ Si vous souhaitez complètement remplir la cassette, réglez l'appareil
au mode REPEAT avant d'effectuer l'enregistrement A.S.E.S.
ATTENTION:
ºLorsque le CD passe à la piste suivante ou arrête la lecture aux
environs de la fin de la bande alors que la fonction A.S.E.S est ON, il
peut s'arrêter de fonctionner ou ne pas fonctionner normalement.
Dans ce cas, enregistrez sans utiliser A.S.E.S à partir de cette piste.
