2. Construction
The HYDAC FPU is a connection unit for
bladder, piston and membrane accumulators.
The following parts are built on as standard:
– Valve body
– Spindle
– Check valve (FPU‑1 only)
– Release valve
– Pressure gauge
– Charging hose
– Adapter A3 (FPU‑1) / Adapter A3H (FPU‑2)
only for bladder accumulators

3. Transport and storage
Transport
The FPU can be transported without special
precautions. Damage must be avoided.
NOTICE
A damaged FPU must never be put into
operation.
Storage
The FPU can be stored in any position.
The FPU must be kept in a cool, dry place,
protected from direct sunlight.
This can be in its packaging or in a protective
case (if included with delivery).





