Cooking with the core probe

FOREWORD
The core probe allows you to accurately control the cooking process of
certain foods.
Cooking with the core probe disables the timed cooking function. A
previously programmed time setting will be annulled.
When inserted into meat, the tip of the core probe measures its internal
temperature or core temperature.
The heating system will automatically stop once the core probe
temperature setting has been reached.
Use of the core probe
Insert the tip of the core probe into the heart of the meat.
Fat and bone in the meat could make the oven stop heating in advance.
The tip of the core probe must not touch bone and must not be inserted into particularly fatty parts.
• Place the food in the oven.
• Fit the jack connector of the core probe into the socket provided on
the top right-hand side until you clearly sense that it has seated
properly.
NOTE. REMOVE THE CORE PROBE FROM THE FOOD BEFORE
REMOVING THIS FROM THE OVEN.
Important:
If you decide to cook with the core probe, the minimum selectable cooking chamber temperature is
automatically set 1°C higher than the one chosen for the core probe. If the cooking chamber
temperature value indicator flashes, it means that the temperature is being self-regulated by the
electronic system.
