Keys and their Functions:
Key for decreasing the values on the display
Key for increasing the values on the display
Cooking STEP selection key. When programmed, each STEP is formed by a group of cooking
parameters. There are 5 steps available. This key can be used to scroll and check the cooking
parameters in the different steps. The key can also be used for programming a step consisting of a
period of time when the oven does not heat or other. This period of time is called PAUSE.
RESET key. Also enables the courtesy timer. RESET is performed if the key is pressed for at least 4
sec. If activated, the cooking timer or courtesy timer indication will also reset.
Cooking chamber fan speed selection key.
Key for regulating the drain valve that eliminates condensation from the cooking chamber.
Manual key for humidification in the cooking chamber.
Key for switching the electronic system that controls oven operation on or off. The ON/OFF key takes
priority over all other functions, especially when used to turn off the oven.
Button for turning the oven lights on or off. This command is independent, i.e. it does not depend on a
previous ON/OFF or START/STOP command.
Cooking start. The system starts to perform the oven control procedures according to the selected
cooking program.This key is also used to stop the program in progress.
Key for accessing the settings menu, if the oven is off.
Key for accessing the recipes or washing programs menu, if the oven is on.
Parameter storage key.
Door opening key.
NOTE. You will hear a beep whenever a key is touched.
