Turning off the appliance:
1. Turn the knob to the control torch firing position clockwise.
2. Press the knob lightly and continue turning it clockwise from the end position completely closing
the valve.
The next procedure of firing up the pilot burner may be repeated when the thermocouple of the pilot
burner has sufficiently cooled (the period until it cools down may vary depending on the type of ther-
mocouple used). After the device is completely turned off, re-lighting is possible after about 1 minute
(time needed for the thermocouple to cool down).
Ignition
The knob is in the closed position. They must be pressed in and turned counterclockwise. The thermo-
electric valve after pressing the knob is open (pos. 1), gas is supplied to the pilot burner. (pos. 2.). The
procedure should be repeated until the pilot burner lights up.
WARNING! When firing the device, gas also flows to the main burner. Be absolutely careful of
everything in the vicinity of the burner, taking into account the risk of gas accumulation due to
repeated firing attempts, which may result in violent ignition. It is strictly forbidden to place any
objects or to look at the burner up close when trying to fire the device.
