Troubleshooting

With this power adapter, you have acquired an item, which is constructed with
latest technology, however, faults may occur. This is how you can deal relatively
easily with some of these faults:
Safety instructions must be strictly observed!
Problem
The status indicator does
not shine.
Connected load is not
functioning any longer.
The red LED indicator is
dim and connected load is
not functioning
though the correct voltage
selection plug has been
selected

Repairs other than described above must be performed
exclusively by an authorised specialist.
Possible solution
Supply voltage does not exist?
• Check the circuit breaker for the outlet.
• Make sure the power plug is positioned
correctly.
Is the power adapter overloaded?
• Remove all low voltage loads and check the
technical data.
Is the correct voltage set?
Is the correct polarity selected?
Does the status indicator illuminate?
Is the power adapter overloaded?
• Check the technical data for the power load.
Check for correct positioning of the voltage
selection plug. Is the voltage selection plug
inserted correctly?

If not, insert it correctly. Otherwise, only the
lowest voltage will be available at the output
socket. Lowest voltage also available if none of
the voltage selection plug is inserted.
