Now you can experience the pleasant warmth. After about 180
minutes the under blanket silently switches off automatically. For
references KTS 150 and KTS 152 this is 10 hours. In order to put the
blanket into operation again you should first set the switch to the
'0' position. After about 5 seconds you can switch on the heating
under blanket again in any desired temperature setting.
CAUTION: You should not rely on using your hands to gauge the
blanket temperature because they are less sensitive to heat than
the surface of the human body. A temperature, which may feel
tepid to your hand, may feel unpleasantly hot on your body.
ADDITIONAL NOTE:
The electronic components inside the switch may lead to a slight
warming of the switch when the blanket is on. Therefore the switch
should not be covered or placed on top of the electric under
blanket when it is in operation.
The blanket should be covered for example, by a duvet, because
otherwise there will be a high loss of heat and the blanket cannot
warm up properly.
Qualified persons using original replacement parts may only
undertake repairs to the electric under blanket. Repairs carried out
by unqualified persons may cause substantial risk to the user.
CLEANING AND CARE
Please clean the surface with a neutral detergent when it is dirty
and wipe it dry with a soft cloth. Do not clean it with an industrial
solvent like benzene or kerosene.
