Description The backfeed protection has been activated. Alarms present only in the
history log.
➢ Problems on the bypass static switch
Possible
causes
Solutions 1. Check the static switch thyristors

Alarm A61
Description Failure of the redundant auxiliary power supply .
➢ Internal fault.
Possible
causes
Solutions 1. Contact our Technical Support Service.
Alarm A62
Description Sudden increase of the AC input voltage (fast sensor)
➢ Voltage spike on the AC mains.
Possible
causes
➢ Possible internal fault.
Solutions 1. Check the mains voltage.
2. If the alarm persists, contact our Technical Support Service.
Alarm A63
Description During the UPS start-up a failure prevented the proper execution of the
sequence.
➢ Control devices in wrong position or operated improperly.
Possible
causes
➢ Possible internal fault.
Solutions 1. Make sure the position of the control devices (isolators, selectors)
2. If the alarm persists, contact our Technical Support Service.
Alarm A64
Description Sudden drop of the AC input voltage (fast sensor)
➢ Voltage drop on the AC mains (brown-out).

causes
➢ Possible internal fault.
Solutions 1. Check the mains voltage.
