Error codes
In case of an internal error in the air conditioner, the display will show one of
the following codes:
Malfunction code
F1
F2
F4
FJ
EP
F0
H3
Note:
Error codes will depend on your model. Not all error codes are applicable to every
model.
Warning
● In case of one of the following situations, turn off the air conditioner and unplug
it immediately. Please contact Customer service at once.
→Power cord is overheating or damaged.
→There's abnormal sounds during operation.
→There's a burning smell.
→Power cord test or reset button often bounces automatically.
→Water leak inside the house.
● Operating the air conditioner despite one of these problems will cause malfunction,
electric shock or a risk of fire.
