10 Faults, causes and remedies
Fault
Pump will not start
Safety switches thrown
Pump has no power
If the operating fault cannot be remedied, please
consult a specialist or the nearest after-sales
service point or representative.
11 Spare parts
Spare parts may be ordered via local specialists
and/or the after-sales service department.
To avoid queries and incorrect orders, all data
on the name plate should be submitted for
each order.

Cause
No voltage
Rotor is blocked
Fuses, capacitor
defective (1~)
Cable rupture
Water in the motor chamber
Foreign objects in the pump, thermal
winding contact triggered
Pump sucking air because the fluid
level has dropped too far
Pressure pipe plugged
Remedy
Check the wires and fuses, or switch the circuit breakers
in the distribution station back on
Clean the housing and impeller, if still blocked replace the
pump
Replace fuses, capacitor
Check cable resistance. If necessary, change the cable.
Only use original special cable!
Contact after-sales service
Switch off the system and prevent it from being switched
on again, lift the pump out of the pit,
remove the foreign objects.
Check the function/setting of the level control
Detach the pipe and clean it
