Connecting the 230 V device
➤ Insert the European-plug version of the 230 V device into the 230 Vw output (fig. 1 4,
page 3).
Charging the USB device

NOTE
Always refer to the operating manual for your USB device.
➤ To charge a rechargeable device via the USB connection, plug the USB connection of the
device into the USB charger port (fig. 1 5, page 3).

Operating the inverter

NOTE
• You can operate the inverter with the engine running or switched off. Take note that
the power supply to the 12 V socket is interrupted in some vehicles when starting
the engine.
• When operating the inverter at high load for lengthy periods, it is advisable to start
the engine in order to recharge the vehicle battery.
If the vehicle battery voltage falls below 10.8 V, the inverter switches off.
If the inverter overheats, pull out the connection cable from the socket. After it cools down, you
can plug the inverter back in.

Always disconnect the mains plug before you clean and service the device.

Never clean the device under running water or in dish water.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or hard objects during cleaning as these can
damage the device.
