To ensure both high performance and safety, L-ACOUSTICS
high-quality, fully insulated speaker cables made of stranded copper wire.
In order to preserve a high damping factor it is desirable to keep loudspeaker cables as short as
possible and with a gauge offering low resistance per unit length.
IMPORTANT
The following table provides the recommended wire maximum length versus cross-section. Two cases are possible
depending on the load impedance connected to the LA4 (8 ohms for a single KIVA enclosure, 4 ohms for two KIVA
enclosures in parallel):

According to the calculation in Table 1, one SP25 cable (4 mm², 25 m) can be used to power two KIVA in parallel
(4 Ω load) with a damping factor still greater than 20.
