If the outdoor station is battery powered then these functions are available

Speech button [17]:

Press the speech button. The activated speech function is indicated by the speech symbol in yellow with a black ring. The sound from the microphone
[42] of the outdoor station can be heard through the speaker [25] of the indoor station. The volume can be adjusted using the volume button [20].
The sound from the microphone [1] of the indoor station can be heard through the speaker [46] of the outdoor station.

To end the speech function repress the speech symbol, the yellow/black marking disappears.

Door [18] and gate release [19] buttons:

Are releases connected, then these can be operated by pressing the door or gate release buttons. The door release contact is operated for 5 seconds, the
gate release contact for 1 second.

[20] - Volume setting

Press the volume button [20] to set the speaker volume of the indoor station (1-4) or to mute the speaker (0).
Note: • If the speaker volume is muted then there is also no audio replay when viewing recordings.
• Note that the ringer volume can NOT be changed.

[21] - Manual recording

To start a 10 minute long recording, press the record button [21]. If additional cameras are activated the display changes automatically to quad and
records all cameras 2-4 plus the camera of the outdoor station if this is powered by the mains adapter. During recording the record button is red and in the
lower right corner of the screen a red dot [9] flashes.

To stop the manual recording, press the record button again. The display changes back to the original display (except when the outdoor station is battery
powered).
Notes:

When a recording begins a message appears "REC IN PROCESS WAIT 14 SEC". Only after 14 seconds have elapsed can the recording be manually stopped.

If the outdoor station is battery powered a recording is possible only if a camera 2-4 is activated.
#
If the outdoor station is battery powered, during a recording the only operational function on the control bar [14] is the volume [20].
#
If the outdoor station is powered by mains adapter and the speech button [17] is pressed during a recording the full image of the outdoor station camera
is displayed, and only this image will be recorded.

For the recording of audio from additional cameras it is important, which image is selected: If quad or full image of the outdoor station selected, the audio
from the outdoor station will be recorded when the speech button is activated. If the full image of a camera 2-4 is selected, then the audio of the selected
camera will be recorded. From which camera the audio is recording is indicated by the symbol [5].

Open the main menu by pressing the menu button

Press the symbols to access the desired functions.

Press the return button [85] repeatedly to return to the previous step and to close the menu and control bar.
If two minutes elapse without any button being pressed then the menu and control bar will close automatically.

Select from the left side the camera 1 to 4 [90/92] for which the following settings can be applied:
[91] - PAIRING
The outdoor station is paired in the factory to channel 1 of the indoor station. If there is no connection then pair the outdoor station to channel 1 as
follows:

Select channel 1 [90] and press the pairing button [91] on the screen. Within 30 seconds press the pairing button [54] and the door bell button
[47] AT THE SAME TIME. If the pairing has been sucessful "paired" will appear on the screen. After leaving the menu the camera image of the
outdoor station will appear on the screen.
To pair an additional camera DF270K to the indoor station, proceed as in chapter 12.

The outdoor station must be paired to chanel 1, as only this channel has the following features: Reaction to the speech function and to the door bell
function / motion detection not possible / always activated / in idle mode the setting „ AT 10 SEC INTERVALS W/O DOORPHONE" means that all
activated cameras will be sequenced except channel 1.
