Arbeitsweise der Maschine
Stoppelbearbeitung
Erster Arbeitsgang:
Bei der 3-5 cm flachen Stoppelbearbeitung werden die Ka-
pillare gebrochen, Feinerde wird erzeugt und das Stroh mit
Erde benetzt. Gleichzeitig wird durch den Striegel eine bes-
sere Strohverteilung erzielt. Dadurch werden Ausfallgetreide
und Unkrautsamen ausgeschüttelt und leicht eingearbeitet.
Das Keimklima unter der Strohdecke bleibt durch Bodenkon-
takt feucht und bietet ideale Keimbedingungen.
Weitere Arbeitsgänge:
In der Folge wird schrittweise tiefer gearbeitet. Der Boden
wird feinkrümelig und das Stroh eingemischt, sodass es ober-
flächennah verrottet.
Unkrautbekämpfung
Der Super Maxx® löst die Pflanze, mischt den Boden und regt
zur erneuten Keimung an. Der Striegel zieht die Unkräuter
und Quecken aus dem Boden heraus und legt sie auf der
Oberfläche ab, so dass diese vertrocknen.
Gülleeinarbeitung
Der Super Maxx® mischt Gülle und Stalldung ein und hinter-
lässt eine lockere ebene Oberfläche. Der Boden kann ablüf-
ten und die Bodenstruktur bleibt erhalten. Gleichzeitig kann
bei diesem Arbeitsgang die Stoppelbearbeitung und Saat-
bettbereitung durchgeführt werden.
Saatbettbereitung
Der Super Maxx® krümelt und mischt den Boden sehr inten-
siv. Es wird ein feinkrümeliges und abgesetztes Saatbett er-
zeugt. Der Striegel krümelt weiter, ebnet den Boden ein und
legt die Großkrümel auf der Oberfläche ab, dadurch wird der
Erosionsschutz verbessert. Es entsteht ein perfektes Saat-
bett mit einer optimalen Bodenstruktur.
Bei sehr feuchten Böden und im Frühjahr wird diese Wirkung
noch gesteigert. Der Boden kann ablüften, trocknen und sich
schneller erwärmen.
Die Rückfestigung kann dann gezielt bei der Aussaat vorge-
nommen werden.

Operation of the machine
Stubble cultivation
First working step:
During the 3-5 cm flat stubble working, the capillaries are
broken, fine soil is generated, and the straw is sprinkled
with soil. The harrow also ensures a better distribution of
the straw. Volunteer grain and weed seeds are shaken and
easily worked into the soil. The microclimate under the mulch
remains moist because of ground contact, offering ideal
conditions for germination.
Further working steps:
Then the work is gradually deepened. The soil becomes
finely crumbly and the straw is mixed in so that it rots close
to the surface.
Weed control
The SuperMaxx® removes the plant, mixes the soil and stim-
ulates regermination. The harrow pulls the weeds and couch
grasses out of the soil and deposits them on the surface so
that they can dry out.
Incorporating liquid manure
The SuperMaxx® mixes the slurry and the manure. The soil
will be even and loose, can aerate and the soil structure
remains intact. Stubble working and seedbed preparation
will be done simultaneously.
Seedbed preparation
The SuperMaxx® crumbles and mixes the soil very intensely.
It creates a fine crumbled and well-distributed seedbed. The
harrow continues crumbling and levelling the soil and posi-
tions the larger crumbs onto the surface. This improves the
protection against erosion. The result is a perfect seedbed
with optimal soil structure.
In case of very moist soils as well as during springtime, this
effect is enhanced. The soil can aerate, dry and warm up faster.
The re-compaction will be done during seeding.
