J5 TERMINAL BOARD
Terminals for connection of antenna coax cable (type RG58-52)
N.B. Ensure that the earth does not touch the central wire on the cable as this will restrict
antenna capacity.
J6 CONNECTOR
By means of an optional card (garage light code no. ACQ9075) this connector powers a
garage light with a time setting of 1 second or 3 minutes (max. 40 W).
The green LED on the card indicates light ON.
The red LED indicates garage light relay energisation.
J7 CONNECTOR
This connector serves to house the 12 V dc RIB radio receivers (on non-CRX models only).
SINGLE PULSE PUSHBUTTON WITH AUTOMATIC FUNCTION
To be connected to terminals 8 and K on the board (to activate commands OPEN-STOP-
CLOSE-STOP etc.)
PHOTOCELLS
The photocells (fitted as shown in picture 2) can stop gate movement during opening and
closing (with movement reactivation when the photocells are free).
The gate command can still be activated in the event of photocell malfunctions but the
flasher unit and motor remain shut down.
N.B. In the case of connections of two or more pairs of photocells, connect the D+/D- (for
EURO) or A*-A (for EURO-FE) power supply to all transmitters and receivers and connect
terminals 8-10 in series.
230W 40W FLASHER UNIT
Connect the flasher unit to terminals L-L.
The flasher unit continues to operate even if safety devices are engaged during movement.
PHOTOCELL/PNEUMATIC/MECHANICAL STRIPS
The connections of stripsdepend on the location of the latter on the installation.
To protect the operating arc of the gate during opening and closing, connect strips to
terminals 8-E.
The direction of gate movement is inverted on activation of a strip.
LIMIT SWITCHES
Connect the limit switch common contacts to terminal 8 (common).
Connect the limit switch contact to stop opening by M1 (NC) to terminal 4
Connect the limit switch contact to stop closing by M1 (NC) to terminal 7
Connect the limit switch contact to stop opening by M2 (NC) to terminal 12
Connect the limit switch contact to stop closing by M2 (NC) to terminal 13

Dip 2
Photocell
ON
stops closing only
OFF
stops opening and closing
Dip 3
Pre-flasher
ON
Activated 3 seconds before motor
OFF
Activated at the same time as motor
Dip 4
Electric lock release facility
ON
enabled (only in case of limit switches absence)
OFF
disabled
When the opening pulse is activated, the lock is engaged and the motors activate closing for
one second, stop movement for half a second and then restart on opening.
Dip 5
Up-and-over door release facility
ON
enabled
OFF
disabled
On completion of closing, the motors stop movement and are then reactivated for half a
second to reduce pressure on the up-and-over door and facilitate manual release in the
event of an emergency.

IDRO 22/30/44
ON
enabled
OFF
disabled
When this function is enabled, 7 seconds are added to the operating time during closing.
Dip 7
Sliding/Swing gate
ON
Swing gate with or without electric lock
OFF
Sliding gate without electric lock
Dip7 ON selection enables leaf delay during opening and closing
Dip7 OFF enable simultaneous motor activation of opening and closing and no electric lock
is controlled
Dip 8
Radio system (CRX versions only)
ON
Rolling Code - 433.92
OFF
Standard - 433.92
Radio system control is only possible on CRX models. The selection is made according to
the type of transmitter used.
If the Rolling code is selected with the relative Rolling Code remote controls, the code
changes each time the remote control pushbutton is pressed and varies within a range of
4,294,967,296 possible codes.
N.B. Do not use the remote control excessively under no load conditions (max. 40 times) or
the receiver will not accept the signal. To restore the control, the code must be cancelled
according to the specified procedure and a new code must be set.
Dip 9
Standby time prior to automatic closing
ON
enabled
OFF
disabled
When the times are set and entered, pause times (max. 5 min.) prior to automatic closing
are also set automatically. If this function is not required, simply disable by means of dip 9.
Dip 10
Settings block
ON
block enabled
OFF
block disabled
After setted radio transmitters and operation time, block changements using dip 10.
S3
Reset
Each time the position of a dipswitch is changed, loop S3 for at least one second (also
possible using a screwdriver). Flasher is activated to confirm the reset operation.
S4
Electronic force commutator (FE models only)
The force is controlled using the 5-position commutator located to the left of the main
transformer and enables variation of the output voltage on motor terminals from minimum
150V to maximum 230V.
This commutator engages automatically two seconds after the start of all manoeuvres, to
enable maximum motor starting torque.
N.B. Maximum commutator output is 800 W.
S5
One/two motor selection (for EURO22 and EURO22FE versions only)
If the EURO22 is used to activate a single motor, the bump contact S5 must be cut.
To save the time settings, refer to EURO11 programming procedures.
