Alarm severity
The severity of each alarm is configurable individually with the following
attributes: major, major reverse, minor, minor reverse, none, none
reverse
Alarm Persistence
Persistence for the appearance: X = 0, 1, 3, 10 or 30s
Persistence for the disappearance: Y = 0, 1, 3, 10 or 30s
Loops
Remote loop indication, for loops 1 and 2, validated or not
(use of bits 1 to 4 of byte S1)
