Mounting instructions and directions for use
Note
– The mounting surface must be level.
– When mounting the shutter in potentially hazardous
atmospheres (zone 1 or zone 2), check whether it is
possible to touch the shutter. In this case, it is possible
for sparks to strike as a result of electrostatic charging.
If this applies, a cage of fine-meshed wire, mesh width
approx. 8 x 8 mm, must be mounted around the entire
shutter.
The wire cage must be securely earthed.
Mounting
Place the protective grille between the wall and the
shutter and screw on with the shutter.
This guarantees protection against accidental contact
of the impeller in compliance with DIN EN 294.
