Professional pneumatic angle grinding machine for works in
places difficult to approach, with a 3/8 quick chuck. Due to the
foul air channel, there is no dust swirl on the work-piece.

General safety instructions
Safety notice! Failing to follow these
instructions can cause an injury to you or other

Protect yourself and your surroundings against accidents using
suitable safety measures.
1.
Read the following Operating Instructions for using the
pneumatic appliance and follow the safety instructions for
using the pneumatic appliance.
2.
Properly maintain the appliance and follow all instructions
for appliance lubrication and maintenance.
3.
Never exceed the prescribed service pressure
4.
Do not use the angle drilling machine to any other purpose
than prescribed
5.
Protect the pneumatic tools from children.
6.
Get down to work well-rested and concentrated.
7.
Pneumatic connection via a fast-acting clutch only.
8.
Set-up the work pressure on reduction valve.
9.
Do not use oxygen or inflammable gases as the source of
energy.
10. Before removing failures, disconnect the unit from the
source of pressure air.
11. Use only the genuine spare parts.
12. Never let the unit idle at full.
13. Always wear eye and ear protection
14. Always wear safety gloves.
15. Do not use any unnecessarily long delivery hose to
prevent a risk of trip.
16. ATTENTION: Do not exceed the maximum pressure of
6.3 bar.
17. Never leave the pneumatic appliance unattended.
18. Never put the appliance near people or animals.
19. Never aim at people or animals with the air current.
20. Never put the pneumatic appliance near body holes – it
can lead to injuries dangerous to life!
Attention! You can get caught by the rotary tool!
Maintenance and Care
Only trained persons ate allowed to do the maintenance.
Observing warning commands shown in the Lasting and
trouble-free function of your ratchet screwdriver is grounded on
regular lubrication. Use only a special tool oil. Pick up a
possibility of lubrication: Use only a special tool oil. Pick up a
possibility of lubrication.
Ways of lubrication are following:
a)
Via a beam added lubricator
The full maintenance unit include a beam added
lubricator and is placed on the compressor.
b)
Via a lubricator on the piping
A lubricator installed on piping supplying the unit with
sufficient amount of oil in an immediate distance from
the unit (approximately 50 cm).
c)
Manually
If there is no maintenance unit or a lubricator on piping, 5-6
drops of oil should be put in pneumatic connection before
every putting in operation.
Store the pneumatic tool in dry rooms.
You need to disconnect the air hose and pour in large volume of
pneumatic oil to the air intake every three months or when the
angle grinding machine is used only occasionally. Reconnect the
air hose and let the angle grinding machine run for app. 30
seconds to enable compressor engine cleaning. Follow the
lubricating instructions after cleaning.
