Longitudinal cuts:
Set fence(15) to 0°
Attach rip fence (15B) to table fence clamp using
nuts & bolts provided (Fig.24)
Slide fence clamp(15) along groove in front edge of
saw table(1) refer to markings to set cut width. (Fig
25)
Secure fence clamp by rotating the yellow screw
clockwise.
Hold material firmly, with both and hands & feed
past blade using the fence as a guide
WARNING: Use push-sticks or push blocks to
feed the work piece past the saw blade.
Always use the push-stick if the distance between
fence and saw blade is smaller than ≦120mm.

Saw blade change: (mitre saw mode)
1)
Disconnect the plug.
2)
Wear glover at all times.
3)
Adjust the mitre fence into the front 45°-degree
position.
4)
Ensure saw head (16) is fully raised.
Hole the outer lock nut still using the pin spanner
5)
supplied, use the supplied T spanner to loosen
the inner blade lock bolt. Please note: Left
handed thread! Fig.27
6)
Move the saw head into lower position, turn the
locking lever (17) a quarter turn to the left so that
the bolt is engaged. (Fig.28)

Set saw blade to lowest setting, by rotating the
cut height adjustment stub with the adjustment
tool Fig.29

Release flip over catch(6) and carefully rotate the
saw table
9)
Remove safety protective cover(25) from the saw
table. rotate screw to release cover, and lift away
from the machine.
10) Remove the blade lock boil, and lift out saw
blade.
Clean clamping surface of:
-
saw spindle
-
saw blade
-
outer lock nut

blade lock bolt
Do not use cleaning agents(e.g. to remove resin
residue) that could corrode the light metal
components of the saw; the stability of the saw would
be adversely affected.
WARNING! : When inserting the blade proceed in
reverse order.
The blade's teeth must face the leading adge.
