OPEARTING INSTRUCTIONS
The power tool must be set up correctly and
secured to prevent slipping.
Ensure there is sufficient space to be able to
operate the machine safety.
Read through and observe the safety
instructions carefully.
All the covers and safety devices have to be
properly fitted before machine is switched on.
Check the saw blade is fitted securely and
can operated properly.
Check the rotation direction of the blade.
Remove all parts and work pieces on the saw
table.
Before connecting the machine to the power
supply, make sure the data on the rating plate
is the same as your power supply.
When working with wood that has been
processed before, watch out for foreign
bodies such as nails or screws etc. Do Not
attempt to cut through nails, screws etc.
Setting up for crosscut & mitre saw mode
WARNING!
Prior to machine setup: Turn machine off,
disconnect plug, and wait for the saw
blade to stop.
Ensure that the safety protective cover(25)
is installed in the saw table. Fig 6
WARNING!
When turning the saw table over there is a
risk of crushing
Do not reach between saw table and side
panels
Hold the saw table firmly when turning
over, so it will not drop
Make sure the saw head is firmly locked
and secured against accidental tilting
Fully lower saw blade using the adjustment tool
and cut height adjustment stub.
Move flip over catch (6) on the right side to the
front and carefully rotate the saw table(1) Fig 7
The machine is equipped with a dust extraction
port(2) and a dust collection bag(24).
Attatch the dust collection bag(24) onto the
dust extraction port(2). Fig6
Higher levels of extraction can be achieved by
connecting to a vacuum cleaner
Pull out locking lever(17) at saw head(16) and
turn a quarter turn to the right. Saw head swings
upwards. (Fig.7)
Standard cross cuts:
Ensure the saw head(16) is fully raised.
Position extendable fence(21) to 0°-&
tighten mitre fence clamps(22) *Fig.8)

Ensure the saw head bevel tilt is set to 0°to
the saw table(1).
Use adjustment tool to tighten/release tilt
adjustment stub914) if adjustment is required.
Cutting:
Hold work piece firmly against the fence.

Grip the handle on the saw arm(18) To start the
motor press the release button(19) and the
trigger switch(20) at the same time Fig.9

Lower the saw head onto the work piece. When
sawing exert only moderate pressure, to
prevent straining the motor.
Cut work piece in a single pass.
Release trigger switch(20) after completing the
cut, wait until the saw blade stops.
Raise saw head to its upper starting position.
