2. Dis-assemble Post Base Cover and install on post.
As shown in Fig. 3 below.
3. Pressed Dome Caps & Ball Caps are press fit into place.
As shown in Fig. 4 & 5 below.
4. Use a broom or compressor to remove debris from railing
and deck surface.
