8.2.3. Downloading GPS data
Follow the steps below to run the "Download GPS Data" func-
tion:
 Select "Download GPS Data" from the Wi-Fi menu on the
camera.
 Select the camera name from the list of networks on your
smartphone.
 Start the "MEDION LifeCam" application on your smartphone
and open the Geotagging menu.
 Tap on "Upload to Camera" on your smartphone.
 The camera will then display the download window.
 An upload progress bar will appear on the smartphone.
 A prompt will appear on the smartphone to confirm whether
the GPS data are to be retained.
 The Wi-Fi connection will be disconnected automatically
when the upload is finished. The camera will then return to
preview mode or playback mode.
 You can view the location information for the place where
the photo was taken by displaying the properties of the pho-
to on your PC.
PLEASE NOTE!
The GPS data are called up once a minute and im-
ported into the photos with the same capture time.
Data of other kinds are not imported into any photo.
