4.2. Inserting rechargeable batteries

The Li-ion battery supplied is required for operating the camera.
 Switch the camera off (if it is on).
 Slide the battery compartment in the direction of the arrow
and open the cover.
 Insert the battery into the compartment as shown.
 Close the battery compartment again.
