3. Carefully lay the drive into the carrier with the power and data connectors
facing away from the carrier handle.
4. Position the drive in the carrier so the mounting holes line up.
• 2.5-inch drive mounting screws go through the bottom of the carrier.
• SAS-to-SATA adapter mounting screws go through the bottom of the
carrier.
• 3.5-inch drive mounting screws go through the sides of the carrier.
3.5-inch drives and 2.5-inch drives use different mounting screws.
To avoid damage to the enclosure, be careful to use the correct
screws for your drives.
