Safety precautions
To be as safe as possible you should ALWAYS
read the User's Manual before you start the
machine.
The sweeper should ONLY be used by persons
who understand, and can follow all safety
precautions and operating functions as included in
this User's Manual. Never let children operate the
machine. Keep pets away from machine, and make
sure that the work area is cleared from large rocks,
sharp items, etc.
NEVER let the machine run in an enclosed area
since the exhaust gas contains carbon monoxide
which can cause discomfort, and in extreme cases,
death.
NEVER fill fuel on machine indoors, and remember
the engine must be stopped. You must NEVER fill
gasoline on a warm engine, since this causes risk
of ignition. Avoid open fire when filling fuel on
machine, and wipe off any spilled fuel before
starting the sweeper.
Dress yourself in sensible clothing and footwear,
such as work clothes and rubber boots. NEVER
wear loose clothing when using the sweeper. The
sweeper's protection guards must NOT be
removed.
NEVER touch moving parts while the engine is
running. NEVER make adjustments while the
engine is running, and NEVER leave the sweeper
while the motor is running. ALWAYS remove spark
plug cap before performing repairs to the sweeper.
ALWAYS check bolts and nuts before each use.
Maintain your sweeper according to the
recommended procedure, and use only ORIGINAL
spare parts. If you experience problems with your
sweeper you should ALWAYS contact your
authorized dealer or service center, who will
perform repairs in a safe and responsible manner.
Always check oil level before you use your
sweeper.
You must ALWAYS make sure that anyone who
uses your sweeper reads this User's Manual
thoroughly before use.
Only use the machine in areas where it can be
operated safely! Do not use sweeper in areas with
steep slopes, and always keep both hands on the
handle bars while working.
