POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
™ Check that the chimney inlet is done in a workmanlike manner
™ Check that the chimney dimensions are correct and appropriate for the
appliance used
™ Check that the flue is properly heat insulated
™ Check that the flue does not have improperly sealed apertures or inspec-
tion hatches
™ Check that the flue is not connected to other appliances
™ Check that the air register is open
™ Use dry wood (wood with 20% humidity)
™ Ventilate the area to have oxygen-rich air
™ Check that the flue is suitable for the appliance
™ Check that the air register is open
