Fibre optic cables
and suction tubes
Fibre optic cables and suction tubes can be reprocessed using insert
E 444. The insert comes with its own Operating instructions.
Camera cables must be fitted with protective caps according to the
instructions of the manufacturer.
Place the E 444 insert on the rack protruding upwards in the middle

of the mobile unit.
Connect the end of the suction tube to a suitable adapter so that

the lumen is rinsed out upwards.
Make sure that the loose ends of fibre optic cables or suction tubes
are not trapped in the mobile unit or in the door of the washer-dis‐
infector.
