Before loading the machine and before starting a pro‐
gramme
– That the silicone holders in the injector bars are all present and un‐
damaged.
– That the fittings, such as sleeves, jets and funnels are firmly pushed
onto the silicone holders or tightly screwed into position.
 In order that all fittings give a standardised wash pressure, all
screw connectors must be fitted with jets, adapters or blanking
screws.
Do not use damaged fittings such as jets, adapters or sleeves.
Silicone holders which are missing or damaged by fluid ingress
must be replaced with new ones before the mobile unit, basket or
module can be used again. In this case the silicone holders will
standardise the wash pressure themselves.
Fittings which are not being used do not need to be replaced with
blanking screws.
– Check that the mobile unit is correctly connected to the water sup‐
ply in the washer-disinfector.
