1. Adjust air and gas flow to
approximately 30%.

Note! Before igniting burner!
1. Place the pressure wheels in line
with the membrane edge and use
the foot/hand pedal to guide the
nozzle underneath the overlapping
membrane until it locks.

2. Engage safety handle and then
press the start button to ignite
the burner. During the first start
it could be necessary to repeat
start procedure due to air in the
gas hose.
4. The burner will automatically stop the combustion if the safety handle

is released, and then ignite again if engaged within one minute since last
active. If more then one minute since last active, the start procedure as
above will need to be repeated in order to ignite the burner. Note! Gas and
air mixture will not change during a power failure.
Important! Always perform sample welds before welding actual
production membrane to ensure proper setting of air flow and speed.

mixture, burner shall have a stable
and optimal combustion.
3. Execute the drive function by
engaging the run ON/OFF button
and adjust to desirable welding
speed.
