ADJUSTMENT OF WELDING NOZZLE

The nozzle should be horizontal
and flat against the surface.
To lock the nozzle in
correct position use
the fixing bolt and the
adjustment handle.

TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

PROBLEM
The machine will not start.
The machine is not igniting.
The machine is not moving.
The optimal and stable
combustion is not reached.
The control panel is not
responding.

When the nozzle is resting
against the surface the nozzle
guide pin should be positioned
approximately 5mm from the
chassis guide rail.

CAUSE
1. No power.

1. Check the electric supply or the fuses.

The nozzle should touch the
surface approx. 1cm before it
goes underneath the membrane
when guiding the nozzle in
position. Make sure that the
nozzle´s right side is in line with
the wheel edges when it´s fully
engaged.
