CHANGING THE NOZZLE

1. Unscrew the three screws and
remove the heat shield.
CHANGING OR CLEANING THE FILTER
1. Unscrew and remove the cover.
CHANGING THE DRIVE BELT
1. Unscrew and remove the
chassis connection screw.

Note! Gas and electrical supplies must be disconnected before carrying out any form of
maintenance or service.

2. Remove the combustion
chamber from the nozzle.

2. Separate the filter house by
means of two spanners.

2. Remove and replace the drive
belt by hand.

3. Unscrew the nozzle fixing
bolt, then remove the nozzle.
Reassemble the nozzle in
reversed order. For correct
nozzle adjustment, see page 8.
3. Tap out the sinter filter and clean
by means of high pressure air.
Reassemble the filter and replace
the cover in reversed order.
3. Stretch the drive belt in correct
position by using a clamp.
Put back and thighten the chassis
connection screw and remove the
clamp.
