If bases are mounted underneath the enclosures (accessories), remove the front and rear covers before lifting (e.g. with a forklift).
Secure fitted (partial) mounting plates through additional measures, for example ratchet screws M8 x 16 at the bottom, order number 3003-9500-08-16,
use of the center attachment (accessories).
Secure the locks of swing frames.
When using the transport lugs for lifting (crane transport), the regulations under DIN 580 relating to force and vector and the maximum loads as
specified under Technical Data must be complied with.

6. Instructions for Installation and Interior Fittings

Adjust the door hinge according to any necessary escape routes.
Suitable measures must be taken during unpacking and installation to secure the product against tipping over (attention must be paid to load distribution,
center of gravity).
Prior to installation, check the product for any damage.
Pay attention to a clean working environment to avoid slipping and / or falling.
Use appropriate protective equipment (e.g. gloves, safety shoes).
Position when in use: upright
If the interior is completed with the enclosure lying on its back, the door(s) must be removed beforehand. Alternatively, doors can be securely supported at
an opening angle of max. 120°.
Horizontal installation is a requirement for maintaining the IP protection class. This applies particularly to cabinets with overlapping double doors!
For the version "with mounting plate", the mounting plate is factory-assembled, in the rear between the cabinet rails.
For disassembly, remove the top nuts M8.
Attention:
The mounting bracket with catch fastener (spring-loaded rocker) holds the mounting plate securely in its mounting position.
Actuate both catch fasteners simultaneously and carefully tilt the mounting plate forward until it is released from the bottom locking brackets and rests on
the sliding shoes (black plastic).
Pull the mounting plate evenly and straightly to the front.
Remove the mounting plate from the cabinet using suitable tools.
Assembly is carried out in reverse order.
Place the (fitted) mounting plate into the cabinet using suitable tools.
Slide the mounting plate slowly and evenly in a slightly tilted position (max. 10 degrees) to the back until it hits the bottom locking bracket.
Place the mounting plate in an upright position and snap it into place behind the catch fastener of the top mounting brackets.
