Problem
The device is especially noisy.
Sensitive ingredients such as fish filets
are damaged by the device.

Solution
• Grinding sound: the cover of the
circulation pump might have
loosened. Fasten it by pushing
the cover into the notch until it
clicks audibly. Another reason for
the sound may be caused by the
pro peller of the pump. Remove
the case of the heating stick and
twist the propeller into its original
position.
• Fizzling sound: low water level can
be the source. Fill more water into
the container.
• Gurgling sound: the circulation
pump draws air. Fill more water into
the container.
• This can be a result of the water
circulation of the pump. Aim the
case of the heating stick so that the
opening lid is turned towards the
rim of the pot.
