WARNING
Turn the switch to OFF position and disconnect the ma-
chine from power source.
CHANGING ABRASIVE DISCS
• Change the abrasive disc (B) whenever it becomes
worn, glazed, torn, or uneven.
• To remove used abrasive disc, peel the abrasive disc
from the aluminum disc plate (A). Slowly rotate the disc
plate if necessary.
• Clean the surface of the disc plate (A). Remove any
grease and excessive residual adhesive. Let the
surface dry.
• Peel off the protective paper on the back of the new
abrasive disc.
• With the adhesive side facing the disc plate (A),
carefully place the abrasive disc between the disc
plate and the table.
• Confirm the position is satisfactory before pressing the
abrasive disc firmly and evenly against the disc plate.
Slowly rotate the disc plate until the entire surface area
is secure.

CLEANING
• Keep machine and workplace clean. Avoid accumulation
of sawdust on the tool.
• Be certain motor is kept clean and free of dust.
• Use soap and water to clean painted parts, rubber parts
and plastic guards.
TOOL REPAIRS
• If power cord is worn, cut or damaged in any way, do
not operate the machine.
• Replace any worn, damaged, or missing parts. Use
parts listed to order parts.
• Any attempt to repair motor may create a hazard unless
repair is done by a qualified service technician.
