UNPACKING
Your new Disc Sander is shipped complete in one con-
tainer. Carefully unpack the sander and all loose items
from the shipping carton. Figure 1, illustrates the sander
and all loose items.
Additional parts which need to be fastened to the saw
should be located and accounted for before assembling:

WARNING
• Do not assemble the machine if parts are missing.
• Use the parts list in page 22 of this manual to order
replacement parts.
• Do not connect the machine to the power source until
the machine is completely assembled and you have
read and understood the entire operation manual.
MOUNTING THE SANDER
IMPORTANT: the sander must be secured to the
supporting surface using fasteners through the four holes
(A) shown in Figure 2, if there is any risk for the sander
to tip over, slide or walk on the supporting surface during
operation.

DUST COLLECTION BAG INSTALLATION
Refer to Figure 3
• Slide the clamp (E) over the sleeve of dust collection
bag (E).
• Locate the dust port on the side of the base.
• Place the dust collection bag and clamp over the dust
port. If necessary, adjust the size of the clammp
opening by rotating the handle on the clamp.
• Tighten the clamp (by pressing the handle. Check that
the dust collection bag is securely attached to the dust
port.

TABLE INSTALLATION

• Install table screw (A) on the left side of the unit.
• Install location screws (C and F) through arch slot.
• Install table lock handle.
