A
SSEMBLY OF SCOREBOARD
To ensure fast and affordable shipping, the various modules of the scoreboard are separated before shipping.
These modules must be assembled before installation.
Remove the modules from their packaging. On the back side of each module you will find a number indicating its
assembly position (1, 2, 3, 4,...), where the number 1 refers to the top position.
To avoid injuries such as bruises, scrapes, or cuts while handling the scoreboards, we advise wearing protective
gloves and safety shoes.
Please remember that while handling and moving equipment a load exceeding 30kg for men, and 20kg for
women, is considered too heavy to be managed by a single individual.
3.1.
Joining the modules by means of brackets
Assemble the scoreboard on the floor
before mounting it on the wall. Follow the
directions below:
1. Make sure you have all the necessary
pieces: modules for putting together the
scoreboard (see the various modules
on page 2); brackets; screws for
attaching the brackets to the modules;
dowels and screws for attaching to the
wall.
2. We suggest placing protective material
such as cardboard on the floor to serve
as a base for assembling the board.
Place the modules face down on the
floor and in numerical order from top to
bottom (Fig. 3.1), in order to assemble
the desired panel (see various models
on page 2).
Check that the flat cable of the various modules (Fig. 3.4) remains free for subsequent connection.
3. Position the two brackets over the modules and align the holes; using a Phillips screwdriver and the screws
provided, firmly attach the brackets to the modules (see Fig. 3.1).
3.2.
Connecting the modules
After attaching the various modules to the brackets, you can
now proceed to connecting the electrical system.
1. Locate the module containing the power supply unit (see
Fig. 3.2); using a Phillips screwdriver, open the
connection
connectors (Fig. 3.5).
2. Connect the flat cables attached to the modules to the
electronic board connectors (Fig. 3.3, Fig. 3.4) housed in
the connection compartment.
Try connecting the cables to the connectors in an orderly
manner by using the ducts found on the back of the
scoreboard for connecting the modules furthest away.
The order in which you connect the cables is not
important. Each cable can be connected to any of the 6
available connectors.
