1. Secure the pump in a vice in the vertical position, clamping it by
the outlet body. Unscrew the four screws that hold the air
cylinder to the outlet body and remove the air cylinder (fig. 4a).
2. Inspect the air valve mechanism for wear or damage. Check that
no fluid has passed through the packing into the air motor.
3. To remove the valve mechanism, pull up the same until the hole
in pump piston becomes visible in one of the perforations in the
packing sleeve. Put a suitable tool into the hole in the pump
piston to fix it and unscrew the valve mechanism (fig. 4b).
4. When the reversing mechanism is removed, pull the packing
sleeve upwards and remove it (fig. 4c). Check seals and the
piston rod for wear or damage, replace if necessary.
5. Assemble the pump following the previous instructions, reversing
each step.

1. Fije la bomba en una mordaza agarrando por el cuerpo de salida
con la bomba en posición vertical. Desenrosque los cuatro
tornillos que sujetan el cilindro de aire al cuerpo de salida y quite
el cilindro (fig. 4a).
2. Inspeccione si el conjunto inversor está gastado o dañado.
Verifique que fluido no ha pasado el collarín y entrado en el
motor de aire.
3. Para desmontar el conjunto inversor, tire del mismo hacia arriba
hasta que el agujero en el vástago quede visible en una de las
perforaciones del casquillo empaquetadura. Introducca una
herramienta adecuada en el agujero del vástago para fijarlo y
desenrosque el conjunto inversor (fig. 4b).
4. Cuando el conjunto inversor está desmontado, tire del casquillo
empaquetadura hacia arriba para quitarlo (fig. 4c). Verifique las
juntas y el vástago por desgaste o deterioro, sustituya si es necesario.
5. Vuelva a montar en orden contrario.
