WARRANTY

This warranty certificate issued by Bronpi Calefacción S.L. extends to the reparation and replacement of the equipment or any defective
piece under the following conditions:
• The defect appears within a period of time before 24 months since the purchase invoice of the client.
• The fault is recognised by the TAS (Technical Assistance Service).
The customer will not pay costs involved of the performance carried out by the TAS, covered by the warranty.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Bronpi Calefacción S.L. certifies that this equipment comply with all manufacturing requirements and regulations and it is committed to repair
or replace broken or damaged pieces of the sheet structure if it is informed before a period of time of 2 years, and 5 years for the structure
of the tank. It will be valid only when the installation and use norms have been followed, which are included in the instructions manual.
BRONPI CALEFACCIÓN S.L. will not be responsible in any case for the breakdown caused by a bad use, faulty electrical connection, non-
appropriate fuel or wrong installation, such as the breakdowns caused by the handling of the equipment by a non-authorized staff by BRONPI
CALEFACCIÓN S.L.
The warranty will never cover the breakage of the glass. This kind of glass is approved so its breakage can only be caused by a
wrong handling. This reason is not covered under the warranty.
Replacement of parts does not extend the warranty of the equipment. The replaced part will have 6 months warranty since it is
installed.
The warranty will only cover the equipment. The warranty will not respond to the charges derived from uninstalling or installing again
as well as the value of objects located in the installation room.
The warranty will only be valid when the card attached to the instructions manual, is stamped by a seller authorized by BRONPI
CALEFACCIÓN S.L. and is fully completed and sent at the moment of the sale.
The possible queries will only be attended when the model and the warranty number are provided.
READ CAREFULLY THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE THE INSTALLATION AND/OR LIGHTING OF THE EQUIPMENT. IN CASE OF
DOUBT ASK FOR TECHNICAL ADVICE TO YOUR DISTRIBUTOR.
7.1

WARRANTY VALIDITY

The warranty will only be valid if:
1. The tank has been installed by a qualified staff, following the application norms and respecting the installation norms of the installations
manual.
2. The warranty certificate has been completed and signed by the Technical Assistance.
3. This document as well as the legal proof of purchase must be preserved in good conditions and the Technical Assistance Service may
require it.
7.2

WARRANTY WILL NOT BE VALID IF

1. The claim does not comply with the previous conditions.
2. Do not comply with the servicing of the tank or any incorrectness on it.
3. Presence of electrical and/or hydraulic installations which do not comply with the regulations.
4. Damage caused by normal corrosion or deposition phenomena typical of heating systems. Likewise for water boilers.
5. Damage caused by the improper use of the product, modifications or improper handling, atmospherically, chemical, electrochemical
agents, and other causes that are not dependant on the manufacturing of the equipment.
6. Improper modification or damage to the equipment due to the change of non-original components or actions performed by persons
which are not authorized by Bronpi Calefacción S.L.
7. All transport damages (it is recommended to check carefully the product when you receive it) should be reported immediately to the
distributor and will be reflected in the transport document and on the copy of the carrier.
7.3

EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY

1. The joints.
2. The uninstalling and later installing of the tank and masonry works.
3. The pieces foreigner to product.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Bronpi Calefacción S.L. under no circumstances will accept any compensation for direct or indirect damages caused by the product
or derived from it.
